We ship using either UPS or DHL currently for smaller boxed items. Anything larger pallet delivery will be shipped using insured pallet delivery services.

You are able to return products to us that are faulty or not as described under the terms of our Returns Policy.

You certainly can, and we can modify your online account to allow you to purchase online using a purchase order number and using your invoicing account terms. Please contact us for an account opening form (we do conduct thorough credit checks on all companies, and your credit limit will be based on this). NOTE: All first orders regardless of account will be based on pro-forma.
