Zero Leakage Valves and Accessories
For inline applications, use Zero-Leakage Manual 4-Way Valve
(Part No. 61642) mounted on an Inline D03 Subplate (Part No.
61646). This setup is also recommended for use with high-volume
air-powered hydraulic pumps in StayLock applications.
For manifold mounting directly on the pump, D03 Subplate for
Shoebox Pump (Part No. 61647) and Zero-Leakage Manual 4-Way Valve
(Part No. 61642) is recommended. Because the Jergens Air-Powered
Hydraulic Pump provides only the necessary hydraulic pressure to
clamp and unclamp the StayLock Clamps, the Zero-Leakage Manual
4-Way Valve is recommended to prevent the unnecessary running of
the pump, thus minimizing pump maintenance and wear out.
